Olin “Olie” Pash

Born in Missouri, Olin “Olie†Pash came to Iowa as a young child. He was educated in Harlan, Iowa.

After serving in the Navy, he returned to Harlan and became a farm implement dealer. In 1987, he became the manager of the Harlan Airport and still manages it today.

Olie holds both glider and commercial licenses, instrument, multi-engine and  flight instructor ratings. As an aerobatic pilot, he has flown hundreds of air shows throughout the Midwest, and has received many awards in regional, national and international competitions. He has given flight and aerobatic instruction to many.

A true ambassador of aviation, Olie has often spoken at flight clinics and meetings about aviation and its role in the community.
